Questions about Quality

  • We can print from pretty much any type of file (JPG. TIFF, PDF, PSD etc.). If using Lightroom to edit, we recommend exporting as a DNG so your edits can be fine-tuned. File quality is more important than format.

  • Phone settings dramatically impact image quality. The tool is sufficient, but not all operators are the same. Check the cameras menu, and be sure you have the highest resolution turned on. When exporting for print, be sure to choose original or actual size for best results. We will let you know if the quality is lacking, and help you get it right, or choose a different photo.

  • For sure. We have all the tools at our disposal to enhance, adjust, remove distractions and achieve optimal results. Put us to the test!
